In Japan, the DVRs can burn you a Blu-ray Disc of a program you want to save so it doesn’t have to constantly occupy space on the hard drive. Why can’t our DVRs do the same? We only ever had DVD DVRs. JVC made a Blu-ray DVR but it was made for professional broadcast use and therefore lacks functionality as a TV DVR. Last edited by BijouMan; 12-02-2020 at 09:31 PM.
