Q: Why are there DVDs on this Blu-ray List?
A: So when the Blu-rays are released instead of having to shift the entire list to put them where they go I just have to change the DVD to the Blu-ray.
Just think of the DVDs as placeholders until the Blu-rays are released.

EDIT: According to Amazon it's not Region Free so....nevermind.

Amazon is one of the least reliable sources for disc specifications and is frequently incorrect. Multiple people on this forum in the thread for that release have confirmed the release is region free. I would say you are ok to purchase.

I mean, there's a picture on the site of the back, showing Region B. So, I'm not going to automatically dismiss it just because it's amazon.

It's not such a priority that I absolutely need to get it.

^ I own it and was speaking from experience. It's region free. I live in the US.

If you're a fan of the film, it's essential. There's lots of interviews and nearly 30 mins of deleted scenes.

And does it say Region B on the back? Meaning that despite saying that it's still region free? Or is there a different edition that's region free?

Lots of releases have a region code on the packaging without actually being locked...That's one of the reasons this site lets people report the regions that work on discs.

Despite it saying Region B on the back cover, it is in fact region free.

I watched it for the first time a couple of years ago and didn't like it at all, I couldn't wait for it to be over.
I'm sure I need to watch it again and all the indicators I should love it at there.

It's mildly entertaining at best, insufferable at worst. Can't hold a candle to Private School. That said, it's nice to see Cates get her due on Blu, but what sucks is that the one title that's long overdue for a release and that sorely needs one is Paradise.
