I pre ordered it. I’m still missing a lot of these but I will get them all.

Glad to see the re-release matches the others. The first print edition now goes for over $400.

Man, I just hope they do a repeat or wide release of Series 9 since it seems there seems to be only 10-20 ever made as an Amazon Exclusive.

Not being done as a Season sets or at least not on Bluray -- at the UK has gotten the Limited Edition Collections. There are individual episode groups or Story Arcs like Spearhead, Web of Fear, Shada, Faceless Ones, Macra Terror

Apart from Spearhead from Space (which was shot on film and transfers well to Blu-ray) the only classic stories released as Steelbooks have been “missing” stories restored with animation.

S9 is going to kill me

I have S1-7, Specials, 50th Anniversary (arrived Monday), S10-12
S8 now ordered
Spearhead from Space
Shada
Power of the Daleks
Macra Terror
Faceless Ones
Fury From the Deep

Am I missing anything else besides S9 and I seriously don't want to even think of $150-200 to fill one large HOLE much less the 400-700 that last cfew appeared to sell for on Ebay

I'm getting really, really tired of every single Doctor Who release becoming a cardiac event because it's either obscenely exclusive or retailers won't ship to the US. Zavvi didn't even announce this was a thing before it sold out. I'm hoping maybe it's a hiccup and it'll be relisted, but the hope isn't strong. And don't even get me started on GD Amazon UK refusing to ship to the US anymore.

Don't worry it will come back. They took the listing down for awhile, which means it probably was not ready to list. They use sold out even when it should be coming soon.

Damn. As I have all other steelbook it is really annoying that I was not able to get this through Zavvi.

Does anybody know why AmazonUK does not ship this outside of the UK? They did that before... maybe Brexit?

Are there any other site that do ship outside of UK? ZOOM has not listed this. And HMV does also only ship within the UK...

It has been mentioned elsewhere that most of the time Amazon sites don't allow orders to be placed from buyers outside that country until closer to the release date or until after the release date.

I hear it's the same for Amazon US shipping to the UK.

I hope the BBC enjoys rolling around in their tiny pile of money while the scammers on eBay collect twice that amount for every listing...it's almost as if forced exclusivity doesn't actually benefit the company. But hey, it's their IP, and they seem happy enough to run it into the ground in every other way, so why not this one too?
