Sounds good. Very happy for this film to get a new restoration, it is in great need of it! Also very excited about new interviews about the film 15 years later. This will retire my 10th anniversary edition for sure. Is this a UK only release?

Wasn't the old release meant to be quite bad? New 4K remaster sounds great.

27.99 is quite expensive! But I will probably pick it up anyway.

I thought they might have a go at snapping this one up (amongst a few others) but did not expect them to go the whole hog! I'm very tempted by this, even though it is a little pricy...may have to cancel one of my pre-orders so I can use some reward points to get it. I really do like this film, being a particular fan of Gyllenhaal - obviously this was his breakout.

I bet HMV.com will be selling this for £16:99 or such but as is their way probably won't list it until 2 or 3 weeks before release.

Even at that price I may end up waiting for the eventual armary edition as I'm not really interested in the director's cut.

But then again nice packaging, 4K remastering job, classic movie I've not seen for many years and Christmas pending (meaning let someone else pay for it) I'll probably end up getting this edition.

Someone PM me as soon as Zavvi has it up for pre-order.

This is going to be one hell of a Christmas present.

I haven't really bought any Arrow vid UK titles directly during the beginning of preorder phase. I'd like to get this though...at hopefully a minimal price shipped to the US. Is this limited (/3000? etc) or is it unknown still.

I'm wondering what else Arrow - or other labels for that matter - managed to snap up from Metrodome now. I would especially love to see Richard Linklater's Slacker and Andrew Dominik's Chopper, if those were still with Metrodome, and I'm pretty certain Black Christmas would be perfect for Arrow Video. Na Hong-jin's The Chaser would be welcome from anyone who was interested in it (still hoping The Wailing has got a UK distributor).

I'd be so down for a Chaser release....even outside the US. The only English friendly disc is long sold out and typically never pops up/super expensive.
