What is going on? So many actor deaths in a short space of time. Sad to read this also.

He was great in one of my favourite comedies. Check this movie out if you enjoyed watching the guy;

For years I always thought that ghost was Al Franken, until Christmas just passed there, when I looked him up. Mentioned something about one of his New York Dolls band mates being furious he was in Scrooged.

I was going to say he resembles Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stones and sure enough, he played a role alongside Jagger in the movie Freejack.

He was mostly a musician but did play some roles in the 1980s to 1990s. The NY Dolls. I would need to hear the song to see if I recognized it, as I haven't followed that band.

I just unknowingly watched him when I rewatched Tales From the Darkside the Movie last month. He played the hitman in Cat from Hell. I have watched Let it Ride in movie theaters as a kid, and later on video. About the horse racing bettors.

He lived to 75, but lost to a battle with tumors.

Pulled out my old Don Kirshner Rock Concert boot from '74 and watched him and the boys last night. A shame so many of them left so early. A greater shame they're all gone now. RIP David.
