Default DTS-HD audio track drops out...but subwoofer stays on

Hello! I bought the new Sony HT-A7000 soundbar, which accepts DTS sound. The past two nights, I watched a couple episodes of The Incredible Hulk TV series on Blu-ray. The discs are encoded in DTS-HD Master Audio. The discs played fine...but two times now, there has been a portion of an episode when the sound completely drops out...except for the subwoofer. If I simply rewind a few seconds, the sound is back again and I can watch the "trouble area" with no problem. Both times, it has only happened once during the affected episode.

I'm not sure why this is happening. My TV is a 75" TCL Series 8 and I selected "Passthrough" for the audio, since it is connected via eARC. I put it on "Passthrough" because it wasn't putting out any audio on those DTS discs and if I selected "Custom" and manually turned on DTS, it would also down-sample Dolby and I wasn't getting Atmos on discs encoded with it.

I don't think it's a soundbar issue, since it's still playing on the subwoofer as if all is fine. Any thoughts?
