cooper hands down, more range. ive said this before. no contest. pitt has paved his way though hollywood based on his looks.
and maybe every now and then (eh) can convince me he's playing that character for second, but its very seldom.
cooper is more engaging.
pitt at best does decent caricatures of the roles he does (war machine, snatch, inglourious basterds) . but its not great acting. other than that he does the same role, pretty boy bich.

Pitt. C'mon. He has incredible undervalued range. 12 Monkeys. Fight Club. Se7en. Benjamin Button. Snatch. Hollywood.

The only time I've been impressed with Cooper was A Star is Born. Great performance, but that's only one.

I think Cooper is a better actor with a bit more range. Pitt is usually fine and nails the cool characters, but he stumbles sometimes in dramas and can be very lifeless.

I can't believe that B. Cooper has as many Acting Oscar nominations as more respected actors like Phoenix, Bale, and Pitt himself.
