I wanted to get a headstart on this thread for the 2020 models with January reveal dates very close. Although i'm not anticipating a revolutionary change to the 2019 models, does anybody believe there is a possibility that the 2020 models could potentially crack the ceiling they have seemingly hit thus far for peak brightness. I know that LG have already introduced HDMI 2.1 so those features will also transfer over. However i'm also expecting they'll have found a way to even further refine the ABL on the 2020 models.
I do feel like Samsung may be revealing Quantum Dot OLEDs soon per the rumours so LG must have something up their own sleeve. |
