It’s available at Zavvi USA but says it can’t ship to the USA?! Probably just a glitch...but the cost...over $60.00 is stupid...pass for me.

What does TW stand for?

The steelbook itself is being released in other European countries, so you may want to compare prices, if you don't need the fancy zavvi box set.

This one is also CE release. I prefer the FS design on this one to Zavvi.

Yes.

Technically, Double Lenticular and Single Lenticular slips are also Full Slips if only one side is open.

I picked up the WCL ed (with Scanavo Blu-ray case) a while back and love it.

(I've also heard scuttle-butt BluFans is doing an OAB of it.)

Holy moly that looks fantastic!! I think that design is definitely not in line with the visuals of the movie but I love them.
Is this still available?
I googled it and found a place called media pyschos and a list of those released and I think it's a forum, doing GBs (am new to them tho), there was also Serial Mom (!!!!). Can one order directly though?
