Suggestions for a region free BD-DVD player with 4K upscale

Hi! I'm looking for a 4K blu ray player which can upscale even DVDs. The hard part is that I want it to be region free too. It's been some days of Internet searching now but still didn't find anything which have both characteristics (apart from a BD player I saw on e-bay, but used and without remote; I tried to search for it as new but couldn't find it).

All 4K players upscale DVDs. For region-free, I’ve had good experiences with 220-Electronics.

Probably your best bet is a SONY X800-M2, you have to switch Dolby Vision on manually, but for DVDs it will be hard to beat. It's about $400 for the modded version.
