Didn't see a thread for this. Horace and Pete is a show that's written and directed by Louie C.K.. He originally released them through his website an episode at a time while he filmed it, bypassing networks, which cost him a lot of money, but he shopped the show around after, and it's now streaming on Hulu.
This is an excellent show that's filled to the brim with talent. Besides Louie himself, it stars Steve Buscemi, Alan Alda, Jessica Lange, Edie Falco, Laurie Metcalf, and many many others. It also has a theme song written and performed by Paul Simon. The show is considered more "experimental" than your run of the mill sitcom on television. It's a good mix of comedy, and drama and tragedy, and so much more. I highly recommend everyone check it out. It looks like it's nominated for a couple Golden Globes too. Quote:

No problem. The episodes are all different lengths, the first being 67 mins (with an intermission even lol). I'm subscribed to his mailing list, so I remember getting weekly emails about the show and the filming process earlier in the year, and I intended to just buy the whole digital season, but money was (and still is) a bit tight. I'm glad someone picked up to bring it to a wider audience. Was hoping it might be Netflix, or Amazon since they get more viewers but Hulu is fine too.

Rewatched this recently and it's still a brilliant piece of work. I really wish Louis made it available on a physical format, even if it's the cardboard sleeves he has as packaging for his specials.
