Which one is better? I think they are very close but Spider-Man is a little bit better. Both are great origin story movies.

Yup, both great origins. Tobey and RDJ nailed their roles... loved MJ and Pepper... but Gobby was a better villain to go up against than Obadiah.

Both are great adaptations, but Spidey is just a more relatable character, so I could root for him more. And Goblin is definitely a better villain than Iron Monger.
