Quotes broken in 3D forum?

Something strange is happening but possibly only in 3D forum.

Tested in both Chrome and Firefox, and tested in other subforums, so I know it's not my browser, and I know it's not a forum-wide issue.

But when I'm replying in the 3D forum and I try to make a quote box as such:

I really wish

It comes out like this:

i really wish

Or if I try this:

Disc Size: 22,843,458,092 bytes
Protection: AACS

Instead it comes out like this:

disc size: 22,843,458,092 bytes
protection: Aacs
