So I thought it would be a good idea to start a separate thread where users can post any new pre-orders that are available and any items that are back in stock (like collectors editions, steelbooks, limited print run items, etc etc). Basically, items that are regular price and not really a "deal", but still nice to get a heads up about them. Feel free to post from any websites, like Amazon to Best Buy, and Unobstructed View to iNetVideo even.

This helps, sure, but sometimes really new pre-order items don't even show up properly. The Amazon database isn't perfect, after all.

I think this is now the 2nd re-release this film has had. Paramount obviously has a lot of fondness and ambition to push this franchise. I wonder if there'll be a third re-release when the 2nd movie is about to come out.

Because we're not supposed to post in the respective deals threads anymore has anyone received or seen a copy of Beatles Get Back in store as yet? I cancelled my .ca order as the price was better at Walmart, but WM hasn't gotten any stock yet just tags out. Now I see its listed for March 1? Just out of curiosity.

Girl with a Straight Razor blu-ray is currently a $51.94 pre-order on Amazon right now. That's definitely not a deal, but for fans that really want that release, it's always nice to be issued a heads up about it. So, let's put that item in this thread.

Paramount's catalog release of Soapdish is currently a $15.99 pre-order on Amazon. To me, that's a pretty decent deal and can definitely be put in the Amazon deals thread.

Kino's release of the Zoot Suit blu-ray is $29.95 right now to pre-order on Amazon, so I don't really find that to be a deal at all and should be put in this thread.
HOWEVER, the same film can be pre-ordered right now on Unobstructed View's website for $22.49 (plus the $3.50 shipping if you don't plan on spending $150 on other things to get free shipping). So that I would say could be put on the Unobstructed View's deal thread.

When posting pre-orders and deals and whatnot, let's just try to use our best judgment when/where we're posting things. It's best if we keep the threads a little cleaner and more organized. Just makes sense to me

Bay Street Video just posted on Facebook that they got a limited amount of the Ghostbusters Ultimate Collection Limited Edition set. You can call/email to reserve.

From what I recall they had it for $114.99.

Yep, seems there was yet another production error (for The Beatles, it's 2 out of 2 in recent releases). So it appears to be delayed indefinitely. Some are mentioning they saw copies out in the wild but it scans with a release date of September 9...

I had it on order with DMC because it was the cheapest price I could find, but it was cancelled/postponed weeks ago. Apparently there was an audio error in production.

That was my 'high priced' title. I received the rest of my order (20+ DMC exclusives) anyway with 60% off and free shipping.

No announcement from Disney as to when it will be re-released.

I've seen it on Disney+ during their $2.00 Anniversary Sale.

I am a huge Beatles fan, but the full anthology is very long and very slow in places. Of course it helps if you are a Beatles fan, or if you want to see the creative process up-close. However, I don't see myself watching the entire 8 h show again anytime soon.
