Hello everyone. First off, thank you for taking the time to read my post.
I own a 2015 55 inch LG EF9500 3D/4K TV. As we know, no new LG 3d TVs seem to be in the works as many of us im sure hoped for. That said, I feel like ive waited enough and feel it maybe time to part ways with 3d, and focus more on 4k and UHD content. My question is, is there anyway I can value how much my TV is worth or is there anyone who can tell me what you think I could sell it for? Im having a really hard time figuring it out, as there is nothing online that I can find to go off by. Thank you in advance for your replies. |

There is a market for used 3D tvs, more than just 400-500 bucks. Not too long ago I saw some going for north of $1000. It all depends on size, brand and if the 3D is effective on that set/model. OP can try AVS forums, over there you can find more information on this.

Thank you guys. Yea its a 55inch LG 3d. So passive 3d, no need for fancy heavy 3d glasses. At 400-500 I will def keep lol I was hoping 1,000-1,500.

I have a 2016 C6 Oled I retired a few years ago (3+) . Bought a used 2015 4K LG LED passive 3D off Craiglist from a lady...and planted it right in front of my Oled. Saving the Oled as a back-up (or maybe a tomb stone), best for last.. They are up in the movie room...only used for movies. So it might be many many years before the precious N rare Oled get's used again. I'm still hoping for a 3D comeback from some company. I will never sell my 3D tv's...have over 300 3D blurays. But if yours has a clean 3D image...no burn in...I would think you could get at least...well over $1000 for it. Rare birds they be... |
