Default PS3 connection prob with new TV

Ok guys i have my PS3 hooked up to my 56" TV in my living room and i bought a 32" for my room, i tried to hook my ps3 to my new tv but i cannot get it to even show a picture. does any1 know why its doing this?

If you are moving it from one tv to the other it may be set on the wrong resolution. While you have the imput for the PS3 selected on the TV press and hold down the power button on the front of the PS3 to turn it on. After a few seconds it will beep a few times and should automatically set itself for the correct resolution for your TV. Hopefully this helps.

probly cause if it was hooked to the 1080p tv first its trying to display a 1080p signal... hook it up to your big tv again and change the display res to 720p that should make it work...
