Only available on DVD

- There are many DVD versions of Royal Wedding, because it accidentally fell into the public domain. Only buy the 2-disc double-feature set listed above, it's the only legit release from Warner, using original MGM film elements, and it includes great bonus features including an hour-long interview with Donen from TCM and a 30 min making-of featurette.

- I listed the 1-disc version of Singin' in the Rain because the 2-disc edition is only available in a huge OOP boxset. If you want the extras disc, just buy the old 2-disc DVD for $1 or so, the second disc of the BD set is actually just a DVD, it's the second disc from the old DVD set.

- there are two MOD DVDs of Give a Girl a Break. The first 2010 edition is no longer being produced by Warner Archive. The second 2011 edition is remastered and has a red banner saying this along the top. It's the one currently being produced. The page for the product here at blu-ray.com is confusing, it lists the 2010 disc and links to the Amazon page for it, but has a photo of the remastered 2011 disc with the red banner. Be sure you order the remastered disc, and not the OOP old one.

- there is a newer MOD DVD of Kiss Them for Me, but the original pressed DVD is easily found used. I listed that one above, not the inferior MOD DVD.

- There are many DVD and BD versions of Charade, because it also fell into the public domain. Only the Criterion BD and this Universal BD are legit and use original film elements:
