Default What is a better value for $499? iphone or PS3

I am tired of people say the price of PS3 is or was too high. Of course is high compared to the X-box and the Wii but compared to what you get in the PS3 and the prices of other things (like the Ipod), I think its a great value.

PS3 of course. The iPhone can't do what my Mogul can do.

Are you always on the go (iPhone) or do you enjoy doing stuff at home (PS3)?

The 80gb Playstation 3 is the best bet. It is also backwards compatible to play previous playstation 2 and 1 games.

What if you don't have PS2 games????? I don't see the reason to get 80GB other than that.

I bought the 40gb, now I kinda regret it. My baby fills up fast, now 20gb left. there's alot that you can do, I downloaded game demos, transferred all my song files to it, my photos, etc. This is a true entertainment machine. 80gb is a long term investment. Now my PS3 does everything from music player, blu-ray, internet browsing, and video games.

That's why you can always upgrade your hard drive.

Perhaps over 200 gig if you desire.

A PS3 is the better choice and, since you can, 80Gb is the best model available right now.

I have a 320GB 3.5" external HDD (holds music collection) plugged into my 60GB PS3 -- cheaper byte for byte than replacing the 2.5" internal, plus indefinitely expandable.
