When I imagine physical media being created, I usually envision giant factories with assembly lines, spitting out hundreds or perhaps thousands of discs in cases, collecting dust in a warehouse before being purchased. I believe that's why most companies are backing away from physical media, because they don't want to make thousands of discs and the boxes to hold those discs and find out nobody wants them.
But there are a few companies that make physical media on an as-needed basis. I imagine they do that for small clients such as schools or companies or individuals, such as videos distributed to high school graduating classes to summarize the memories of their class. Are there any movie or TV studios that do the same thing for professionally-made movies? If so, who are they, and how do they do it? Let me give you one example: https://www.kunakify.com/ Any information that you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Enjoy the rest of your day. |
