All Countries listing problems?

Apologies if I am behind in some way on this, but I could not find anything on the subject through a thorough search of the site and forums (and also simple browser search.)

Is there a limit on the number of different releases for a given title within a given country beyond which a search with the country set to "All Countries" will only list releases one country at a time? For example, when I enter "Star Trek" in the search box, even with the "All Countries" setting the search only returns US listings. If I want to see listings for a different country, I have to specifically select that country.
