Their customer service is extremely slow and they are generally very unhelpful. That wasn't always the case–not sure what changed. I don't want to give them my business anymore, so I am looking for a new freight forwarder to do my US shopping. Are there any reliable freight forwarders you can recommend? All help and suggestions appreciated!
