Question Disc Titles inconsistences... Illogical

Building my collection in this site I see a problem that maybe english speaking people don't see, but that is a big one and that proves a complete inconsistence in naming policy.

I go to UHD spanish edition of "Scarface" (1982) and I see that the title is:
- Scarface 4K (El Precio del Poder 4K)
So the main/visible title is "Scarface". But we, as spanish, use mainly the spanish title, and when you get a list (in web or app) of your movies, you obviously prefer the "local" or spanish title of the edition. Its interesting of course having the original title, but its visible and "searchable" without being the main one. In android app I can't get the spanish (real) titles, so the app is not very useful in that way.

Yesterday I updated many spanish UHD editions, and all the changes were approved, but the titles ones not... ¿Why? Even the title tooltip says that my edition is right and follow the rule: Foreign/Local title (Original title).
So from
- Scarface 4K (El Precio del Poder 4K)
to
- El precio del poder 4K (Scarface)*

Why this edition is not approved? Mainly users of this edition are spanish ones, so... Why do you force us to use the English title? The Edition has not that title. Even the site rules says that its not the "right" way... I really can't understand that. We can get used to any way, but that way has to be consistent and the same all over the web... in my opinion.

So this has no sense. I would understand if the web policy was "English Web --> English First". But this is not solid or stable.

Spanish blu-ray edition of "High & Low" of Kurosawa. The title says:
- Infierno Del Odio (天国と地獄) (Tengoku to jigoku) (High and Low)
Why?
If this was consistent, the title should be:
- High and Low (天国と地獄) (Tengoku to jigoku) (Infierno del odio)

Another example: The spanish blu-ray edition of "Lo squartatore di New York" of Lucio Fulci... His title says:
- New York Ripper (El destripador de Nueva York)

WTF? I can understand the use of the original title, but that is "Lo squartatore di New York", not "New York Ripper". The english title is nowhere in the edition and has no sense to use it as main one... Illogical. Its an spanish edition of an italian movie... no sense. And I know that if I update the title, it would be rejected, as I see.

So, finally, whats the right title format? I still can't understand it.

*Other crime is capitalizing words in spanish, but that is another history...

PD: BTW, Whats the use of adding "4K" to titles? and adding it even at "secondary" titles?

I struggle with it too. But here in the Netherlands I struggle with it in a different way. Sometimes English titles are replaced with another English title. For Example:

Brothers for Life is listed in this site as the movie title. Although all movie editions are listed as "Acts of Violence", but the Dutch release is "Brothers for Life"

To be consistent I submitted it as:
Acts of Violence (Brothers for Life)

Now the original title is not used as the main title. Brothers for Life is our local title. So local title within parentheses.

For the movie "In Her Line of Fire" I submitted it the other way around:
Air Force Two (In Her Line of Fire)

Air Force Two is our local title. So original title within parentheses.

The movie Tomorrowland has a local title "Project T". This one is listed as:
Project T (Tomorrowland)

again the local title first and original title within parentheses.

But the movie Mortdecai I submitted with the original title first. "Charlie Mortedai" is the local title:
Mortdecai (Charlie Mortdecai)

I submitted it this way, because for Mortdecai all local titles are in parentheses. So local title within parentheses.

I can't make any sense of the Title explanation when submitting entries. What is an English BD? Yes all movies are English. Use the English Title first? All titles are English titles. Foreign BD? Yes all are Dutch releases. Use the foreign title first? Okay, but I submitted it in 2 different ways and all were accepted.

I previously made a thread about this but it didn't go anywhere.

Ideally it wouldn't even be necessary to put the original title in parentheses, because you can just get the original title from the movie entry, the same way all the other information is handled.

Why?
Another issue is: why are Japanese titles listed twice, once in actual Japanese and once in romanization? Or sometimes just in romanization? And why do the names of titles use a different romanization scheme than the names of actors? There does not seem to be any official standard on what we're supposed to do with Japanese titles.

I think the romanization of japanese titles maybe is "walking a fine line", but obviously something to clarify.

But for me the worst incongruence and biggest problem is the "englishation" of the editions, even when the movie and the edition is not english.

The example I refered:
- New York Ripper (El destripador de Nueva York)
is a complete nonsense.

The movie is italian, the title is italian. The edition is spanish... WTF it has the english title? As you say the english movie title can be found in the web. I think is not hard to separate movies from editions. Its even ridiculous.

I still would thank an answer from any moderator about this:

Yesterday I updated many spanish UHD editions, and all the changes were approved, but the titles ones not... ¿Why? Even the title tooltip says that my edition is right and follow the rule: Foreign/Local title (Original title).
So from
- Scarface 4K (El Precio del Poder 4K)
to
- El precio del poder 4K (Scarface)

Why this edition is not approved? Mainly users of this edition are spanish ones, so... Why do you force us to use the English title? The Edition has not that title. Even the site rules says that its not the "right" way... I really can't understand that. We can get used to any way, but that way has to be consistent and the same all over the web... in my opinion.

But no answer... I will freeze the updates and corrections till I get any guideline or indication (with sense).
