Default Do you consider the Transformers and G.I. Joe films Marvel films?

I ask this since Marvel Comics were responsible for the stories of their respective toylines and created the original cartoon series, which the movies were later based off of.

Not Marvel films, because Marvel hasn't had any connections to those properties in decades. Is Shazam a Fawcett Comics film or a DC film? DC has owned Shazam for decades, so...

Some articles from Marvel's editor-in-chief at the time about the creation of G.I. Joe and Transformers.

Marvel Comics and Marvel Productions who made the TV series were very different divisions, without any practical overlap in management or staff.

No, the same way I don't consider Star Wars films to be Marvel films just because there are Star Wars Marvel comic books.
