I could not find a thread for Plaion Pictures (formely known as Koch Media), but they seem to be releasing more and more exclusives, which are only available in their own webshop.

I am considering getting their new release of Leatherface III and maybe also the release of Der Vampir von Notre Dame (aka. I vampiri), which came out a couple of month ago.

Has anyone here ordered from them before? How is their packaging?

So far I can't complain. They usually mail out items very fast and packaging is robust with bubble wrap and/or styrofoam popcorn. I haven't experienced any damages yet.

I also have received everything in fine condition, well packaged. But I'm also in Germany, so shipping takes only a day and the risk of damage is reduced.

Well packaged, I have no complaints as my orders arrive safe and sound. They ship through DHL so you might want to have them shipped to your place of work during business hours rather than your home address to avoid any hassles.

Absolutely, great service, especially the boxsets. But even steelbooks, mailed out in small boxes with big-bubbles bubblewrap.

Turbine and Wicked Vision will post to the UK but Plaion aren't interested, making their releases painfully expensive. Great for scalpers though.

Thanks for this. The Leatherface release is now back in stock, so I snagged one as well as a Men 4K Mediabook

There is going to be another Live-Streaming Event like the one last summer where "The Streets of San Francisco"-Boxset was announced. It's going to be on December 12th at 7 o'clock German time. Maybe of interest to some here.
