So free to play ok, translation a bunch of microtransaction that makes game pay to win curious to see what it is gonna be but I dont trust the whole free to play thing.

Sccreams there version of a battle royale, feels like these days evry game has to have there own version of it which always turns out to be the same premise as every other one.

Personally i wouldn't mind another realistic looking 3rd person Battle Royale. The Division was solid but it needs a little tweak imo to compete when it comes to balance for a proper PvP BR mode.

This has PvE & PvEvP. I played for about 20 minutes and got bored of it. And, the Base of Operations is a Skating Rink named Rocket Rink. You can choose from5 characters (3 women 2 men).

Far Cry 6 might be the last “real” AAA game Ubisoft releases.
Even that will sprinkle in MTX.

They have been slowly pushing Mobile Gaming into PC/Console space for the last few years now. It must of payed off.

So who does this really effect you might ask?

Online Required. People who don’t want to play Online games are SOL.

Yeah, sadly it affects players who want to play these types of open world games offline. Wildlands was a great game offline, but the sequel, Breakpoint was online only even with AI Bots. So dumb. At least they could've added an offline feature, but then that would be like taking the player away from potential micro transaction sales...

Thankfully Watch Dogs Legion and Fenyx were offline playable. Both decent to great games from Ubisoft.

That's the new norm. Show cgi renders that aren't gameplay during e3 month for games 3+ years away.

Sadly, the Ubisoft that cared about single player offline open world games, is mostly gone these days as they announced they're phasing out of gaming to a large degree, and focusing on more cash-friendly productions such as multiplalyer-free to play micro sales. I'll be sure to avoid this game. Thanks Ubisoft......
