tversity problem - Blu-ray Forum

hey guys, trying to use tversity for the first time

ive got the latest version and followed the ps3 optimization for the settings

now i tried watching a video file.. the video plays great no issues
but the audio is muffled and filled with static like listening to radio station with a weak signal

any solutions?

Where are there PS3 settings? Could you send a link to this doc? Mine is working fine out of the box. Just a little slow sometimes (over wifi).

hate to state the obvious but have you checked the original file?

Yeah you can play the original file inside Tversity to make sure it plays natively first. What kind of file is it? Make sure you have the settings set to transcode when necessary.

oh shoulda stated the files info

its a .mkv file with 5.1 audio (maybes its cuz its 5.1? thought 5.1 worked tho)

the file plays fine on the comp and the video is fine on the ps3 (should be more clear, the video plays fine with vlc/wmp11 but when watching it on tversity even on the comp the audio is messed up)

when i try windows media server, i just get a box on the ps3 that says unsupported data

tveristys site has a link to the ps3 forums with their own tutorial, but that one looks nicer
