Same.
As I said in the other thread, it's one of the better of the more recent Disney films, I give it a 6/10 overall but enjoy it to where I will preorder the moment this steelbook comes up.

Haven’t seen this one yet, but I own the other 59 of the Animated line either on blu or 4K, so I’ll be picking this up too. Nice Steelbook too

doubt the steelbook will go on sale. if anything it may see a price drop a couple weeks after release, being sold out, which you could get a price adjustment but don't think there have been a lot of Disney price drops lately

I will agree the music was the best part. Id say Luca is probably my favorite animated film this year though.

I agree that the story was weak. I couldn’t really get into this movie and Im usually a sucker for most Disney movies. I was initially looking forward to this, especially because of the Latinx cultural aspect but was disappointed in the meh story. I didn’t like the music either though, not one song stood out to me. This might be my first time ever skipping out on a Disney steelbook. The steelbook will probably sell out before it goes on sale but Im assuming you probably meant that you might buy this movie when it goes on sale generally speaking and not necessarily referring to buying the steelbook.

Not the most exciting cover art, but it's pretty! I enjoyed the movie well enough, so I'll pick this up.

This artwork used for the German Digipak release would have been perfect. This is a movie that is driven completely by its characters, and their unique talents, and rather than showing any of that, you're just shown an empty landscape. It's nice looking, sure, but just doesn't capture the film whatsoever. Even if they wanted to highlight the house, i don't see why so much of the SB is just grass. Surprised Target didn't do an exclusive for this either, this art would have worked nicely on one of their Digipaks too.

Target Exclusive 4K release below. To me it looks like the same digipak as the German one.

Personally I don't like it and think it gives too much away.
Just my own personal opinion as I think one of the charms and interest I got was knowing nothing about who's powers belonged to who.

It's in all of the trailers, and it's not really much of a spoiler or anything.

The inside art for the SB pretty much shows their powers too, and arguably has a bigger spoiler by revealing

Not the best film WDAS has put out in recent years, but “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” is maybe my favorite Disney song since the 90s.

It took me a while to get that tune out of my head.
