Lower End TV Similarities

I recently bought a Philips(Funai) 32" LCD TV, sometime later, at Walmart, I saw ONN and TCL brand 32" LCD TVs on display, their status displays (HDMI - is it connected? type of thing) were identical to the Philips.

Anyone else noticed that some of the lower end TVs (different brands) have the same "insides"?

I think it is pretty common. A lot of the lower end TVs are made by Chinese manufacturers who just license the brand name from a previously well-known TV manufacturer like Sharp or Toshiba so people think it is actually made by that brand.
