Fed Ex customs takes to long problems

I ordered region free blurays from Powerhouse over in the UK and they were shipped here to the USA. At the Fed Ex Memphis hub, I was told they had clearance from customs but that was last Wednesday, it is now almost a week later and they still have not been sent on to my location in California. Anyone else have had delays from custom through Fed Ex and how long this process takes?

My experience has been that fedex sits on packages for long periods of time, and that's just domestic packages, I can imaging overseas purchases. Good luck, hope you get your items soon.

it took them two months in "Customs" but they finally came yesterday all beat up also. Fed Ex stinks so bad man
