However, while the majority of the film is in English, due to the international cast, the film has characters speaking in French, German, Greek, Swedish, Tagalog, even if only for short exchanges, and this release will likely only have German subtitles. Though, miscommunication is at least one of the themes in the film. I remember one of the German exchanges being subtitled in German rather than English.

I watched it on Amazon with subtitles on, and none of the foreign stuff was translated. Even if it were, you wouldn't miss them, as it's very obvious what people are communicating (it's not a subtle movie).

So if it comes down to it, you can import the German release without any worries, with a minor disclaimer that there are 3 Chapter titles appearing on screen, which will likely be in German.
