Could this possible mean that either UK or US version will have Nordic language subtitles too?

EDIT just noticed that there won't be Nordic language subtitles on the 4k bluray of the theatrical version.

It's possible the new release may have nordic subs as they rarely announce that in the US/UK.

Pretty much all 40th Anniversary BD releases had nordic subs and I don't see Warner doing separate releases. They are too cheap for that. ;-)

No release date specified though. Could be that they pull it there too eventually.

If we’re lucky the discs are the same as on other markets and have Nordic subtitles too. Sometimes they plan for a release in the Nordics, so they produce the discs with those subtitles included, but then for whatever reason do not sell it directly on those markets (e.g. lower interest than anticipated?).
