I'm not buying the shows on BD, they said. They'll always be on Netflix, they said...

Disney should release them and the last two seasons of Agents of SHIELD in a non-expensive country, even if it's through DMC. I guess they'll end up on Hulu. Absolutely won't be on D+ in the US. I should probably watch the last seasons of Jessica Jones and Punisher, I never got around to those.

Disney+ everywhere but the US, Hulu in the US because of American prudishness…I mean Disney’s controlling interest in Hulu. Gotta keep those subscriptions up.

Netflix is going to starve for content because their own originals aren't nearly as good as the licensed content.

Seriously. Only original they have that's decent is Stranger Things. And even then, it may not even be that good anymore if Season 4 tanks story-wise like 3 did.

Space Force Season 1 was really good so I'm hoping the second holds up, too. Plus, it stars Steve Carell (almost said Michael ).

Another one is Flaked (Will Arnett) which lasted two seasons and was canceled without actually being announced. Season three wouldn't have been much different than the first two, but it would have been enjoyable.

As someone who has the first two seasons of Daredevil,and the first seasons of Jessica Jones,Luke Cage and iron Fist on Blu Ray,it's always been frustrating not being to be able to see the rest of the seasons plus The Punisher and Defenders because I don't have Netflix.

So I'm hoping it goes to Disney + and not Hulu since i have Disney + and not Hulu.lol

Disney has said they won't ever have TVMA stuff on D+, so it'll never go there. At least not in the US, maybe internationally since they have the mature sections. But in US it'll obviously be on Hulu, because there's no other option for them unless they decide to finally release them on BD.

BTW, looks like Agents of SHIELD will also leave Netflix in March. Disney is cleaning up.

You're probably right.I guess I'm no worse off or better off then before.Just makes it more frustrating the rest of the Defenders stuff never got a physical release

I have the first five seasons of Agents Of Shield on Blu Ray(seasons 3-5 imported from UK) but only Japan got season 6 & 7 releases and was just too expensive and a headache for me to import from there.

Runaways makes sense, since it was a Hulu show and Disney owns Hulu too, so they can just move it there as well. While Disney owns the characters used in the Netflix show, Netflix funded it. It wasn't just simply a show that Disney/Marvel made and Netflix paid for broadcast rights like with shows from other countries, Netflix had a hand in actually making them... so this situation seems odd. I wouldn't be surprised if Disney ponied up and bought the shows completely so their competition won't have their characters.

I'm fine with importing from the UK, I just wish they'd have finished all the series out there, even if Punisher hadn't been released they'd have at least had the Defenders out. It'd be nice if Disney would release them through DMC if nothing else. It's annoying to not have them finished.

Wow, they're actually updating the parental controls on Disney Plus just to accommodate this. This could hopefully lead to more mature films/shows showing up on there.

I actually had my account switched to Canada recently to unlock mature content from Disney Plus Canada (Star). That opened up so much more things to me, so I was good to go regardless, but this is great news.
