While released in several territories like the US and UK as a Roku Original (and nominated for Emmys rather than Oscars), only available to stream for free with adverts, in Australia the film will stream on Paramount+ and be released on 4K by Umbrella Entertainment. Umbrella’s previous UHD offerings have been limited, with Whiplash a repackaged Sony disc, The Babadook a repackaged Second Sight disc and films like Terrifier 2, The Limey, Oldboy, Cloak and Dagger, Miami Connection, Child’s Play, Heavy Metal, Pan’s Labyrinth, Possession, Showgirls, Prisoners of the Ghostland with UHDs in other territories confined to BD (though incorporating exclusive extras.) So curious how this will turn out.

After seeing this happen with Devotion and All Quiet on the Western Front (streaming exclusives in most territories), I’m hoping this will happen with more streaming “originals” even if only in a single country.
