Recent experience with BhavaniDVD

Thought I'd post my recent ongoing experience with BhavaniDVD.
I ordered 6 blu-ray titles from them about 2 weeks ago, received 2 because the other 4 are not in stock. I have been trying to contact them via email, contact us page on their site, email address on theit paypal account but got no response.
All I wanted to find out if there is an ETA for there remaining items in my order. This is making me nervous.
Is this how they typically operate? Did anybody on the forum have a similar experience with them?

If blu-rays are not in stock, they're pretty good about diligently tracking them and "eventually" shipping them out to you - that's been my experience w/them

I also experienced same thing. i have made order around 150 $ on april 17,but due to some issue they did not shipped my dvds till date.

i have raised this with paypal since i have paid through paypal. they have contacted me and informed about refund.

so i withdrawn the complaint. after that no response from them even so many reminder via mail, sms etc.

feeling bad.

There is no excuse for any retailer or even an individual to not respond within an acceptable time frame to their customers after money has been taken.

I am going to give them another week to respond. My payment was made using PayPal so hoping that they refund me for items that are not in stock.

if you made a complaint to paypal, then do not compromise with bhavanidvd else you will be cheated.

as per paypal rules, we cannot reopen the closed case.

anyway, i have to write paypal in this regard.

I have not had a good experience with BhavaniDVD. Actually I would say it is a scam.
For example: If you are paying $150 on June 2017 and getting that money back as a refund through PayPal after 2 months what about the interest to the money? Please think...

Please never ever buy anything from BhavaniDVD the owner name is "Rajasekhar Annabhimoju"

Try to reach him. He barely replies. Very ignorant. People like this shouldn't do the business or run a company like this.

Thanks prathaprabhu. I created this thread so other forum members are aware of issues with BhavaniDVD. You are right, he does not respond at all. I sent emails to all the possible email addresses even used the Contact Us page on his website. Hopefully PayPal can help!

Yes, I did. I kept following up and made sure the case was not closed.

Glad it worked out. I know them for many years and am suprised at this incident. Only thing i can think of is that there was a delay in getting the items in stock in a timely manner.

Well it is not about delaying / out of stock, when it comes to business this is normal, but they never reply to any of the email regarding the stock availability and clarifications. So how do we know about the stock availability before placing the order? There is only one word which is IGNORANT. Information is must right?
