Default Vendetta (Bruce Willis, Theo Rossi, Thomas Jane) (2022)

I admittedly kept an open mind as I enjoy revenge movies, but straight from the beginning it was bad (soap opera-bad), and the rest wasn't much better. That is, annoying constant music, music made somewhat hard to hear what the characters were saying (unbalanced audio), the acting was very wooden and mediocre (Bruce Willis didn't look like he wanted to be there), etc.

I'd give it a 4/10.

I wouldn't expect anything from any recent Bruce Willis flick. Because of his diagnosis and retirement, they're all paycheck gigs in low-budget movies where he's barely there and being fed lines through an earpiece.

I wish him the best.

Seriously? I know you've posted in the thread about Bruce Willis suffering from aphasia, so you know what was going on with him. Perhaps you should put a little bit more thought into your criticisms beyond this pat cliche.

Yeah, I know, but it's Bruce Willis so I still hoped to see a stellar performance. It's like with Schwarzenegger with the crappy Terminator movies (he doesn't do a great job though it makes them watchable).

It's an effect of being subconscious that I forget what Bruce Willis is going through. Really hope he makes it thru. Love him.

What the hell is Thomas Jane doing? He's appeared in some very dodgy flicks of late.

Erm, not really something you “make it through” sadly.

Weird stuff, but pays.

He's my 2nd favorite actor to play The Punisher (Jon Bernthal being the first).
