Quite nice, shame about all the superflous text. A title is all the text I like to see on a steelbook, and ideally only on the spine.

They're on the right track with the style and colors, but the whole tic tac toe thing is off-putting

I dunno, maybe this will grow on me. I would definitely pick it up if it happened to be a BB cheapie. Importing...not so sure.

Good point. Would be better if the bottom left was A USSR spot. Then you wouldn't know if it's a USA or USSR move next.

EDIT: Actually scrap that, as then whichever side went next would win and the whole point

Rewatched this the other day. Don't think I've watched it since I was a kid. It's still a lot of fun. Crazy that this was 5th biggest movie of 1983 in the US. Only showing on 843 screens too. Man, how times have changed.

So exicted this is getting a release, it was one of steelbooks I had wanted.

The artwork is okay but maybe the interior should have been the screens in the war-room.
