Any speculation?

The Black Room, The Man They Could Not Hang, Before I Hang ,The Man with Nine Lives, The Devil Commands all have Boris. The Boogie Man Will Get You and Island of Doomed Men have both Boris and Peter.
Only matches I could find for Bela was Return of the Vampire (already out with Shout but there has been cross with MC before) and Night of Terror.
The Face Behind the Mask is another with Peter.

Wouldn't be surprised if these films were included:

Not sure what the other two will be.

Weird how Amazon lists William Phipps. The only film of his that I could find that seemed likely was this.

I hope Mill Creek didn't score Cat-Women of the Moon. I am hoping for Film Detective to give us that one...

Doubt it would be either since they're public domain films with no previous HD transfers.

It's most likely Five which Mill Creek has released on DVD in a few sets:

Probably since it's a Colombia film.

I would be absolutely disappointed if Before I Hang's US blu debut was a Mill Creek release. Would have gotten the brit set that that film is in but its region locked.

I am disappointed anytime I hear Mill Creek has the rights to something. I usually buy them since they are cheap just to hold me over until someone else does it right. If this is jacked up in typical Mill Crap fashion, I will buy the Eureka set...

It would be great if Night of Terror with Lugosi is on this set.

Here's a summary of my predictions/possible titles for this set that I originally posted in the Boris Karloff on blu-ray thread a few days ago:

Agreed for the most part. But the Eureka two blu-ray set in the UK has it's problems. The Man They Could Not Hang has a lot of speckling and other print damage such as a very bad splice or something in the source elements. And The Man With Nine Lives is fine until the final reel where the PQ changes to a very soft image.

The other films have good, not great PQ. I have not seen Mill Creek's DVD set, but expect any blu-ray releases of the six Karloff films will be from the same masters with no additional restorations.

Actually, the original DVD releases by Sony had better PQ in terms of cleaner
images throughout.

Another member emailed Mill Creek and got the"tentative" list of movies to be included:

This is the tentative list of titles under
consideration for this product:
The Black Room (1935)
The Man They Could Not Hang (1939)
Before I Hang (1940)
The Man With Nine Lives (1940)
The Devil Commands (1941)
The Boogie Man Will Get You (1942)
The Return of the Vampire (1943)
Five (1951)
I guess the biggest surprise there is Return of the Vampire since Shout! Factory had already licensed that one out. Five is also another that people predicted, but still expected to be included with the Sci-Fi from the Vault release since it would fit better there. I still think it would be better if they simply made it a Karloff Collection, but nonetheless, it sounds like a pretty solid release.

Sounds good to me---I have the Karloff Columbia set and Return of the Vampire. I can pass on Five.

Yeah that list is probably enough for me to get it, despite it being Mill Creek. Since it is them, it's going to be dirt cheap, so at least it has that going for it. Really wish it were Kino or Shout or just about anyone else though.

Might sell my region b Karloff set and pick this up for the extra movies. As much as people dunk on mill creek, this has more disks, and should only be 2 features per disk. It will probably be the exact same scans, and look indistinguishable. I don’t have the same animosity towards mill creek most seem to.
