RIP Sark. End of line.

Seriously though the guy was a great talent. Loved him in Time After Time. The Thirty Nine Steps, Star Trek. Dr Who. Etc

But my main memory is his head spinning through the air in The Omen. Bravo.

Great in everything he was in, with particular mention going to his appearances in three Sam Peckinpah films and, of course, The Omen.

Phenomenal actor, did everything from John Carpenter to TMNT II: The Secret of the Ooze to being in arguably the biggest movie of all time as Spicer Lovejoy. And probably has the most memorable decapitation scene in cinema history. He's also great in Straw Dogs and even shows up in a movie like Ice Cream Man. What an amazing career!

Nooo not David Warner! One of my favorite character actors. Always brought a sense of gravitas to a role especially thanks to
His fantastic voice

Known most for his roles in Titanic and The Omen but he was also In things like Tron, Straw Dogs, a couple of Star Trek movies, Time Bandits, and more

Also notable for his voice acting (which was his likely introduction to many young audiences.). Notably Ra’s Al Ghul in Batman: The Animated Series. He also did voice work for Gargoyles, Men in Black: The Series, and Spider-Man: The Animated Series.

A phenomenal actor. I knew him primarily as Ra's but also for his guest appearance as Gul Madred on Star Trek The Next Generation, where he did the role off cue cards because he took the part at such short notice they didn't have time to send him the script

The results speak for themselves

There will always be five lights for you Mr. Warner.
Being in Babylon 5 a couple of times around the time time I spose made it seem more common.

I'm struggling to think of many actors who could play likable characters and villains so effectively.

David Warner was the youngest actor to professionally play Hamlet in a landmark 1965 production, at the age of 24.

His Hamlet was said to be modern, sarcastic and humorous, not some mopey prince. At the end of the play, he kneed the King in the groin before killing him. I don't think Barrymore or Gielgud ever went that far.

RIP to a wonderful, brilliant talent.

David Warner has entered the grid and become one with the CPU.

I don’t remember if it was Tron, or Time after Time, where I first saw him in a role. This guy was an amazing actor.

David ranks up there among my personal favorite actors.

I probably first saw him in Nightwing as a little kid, then Time After Time, Tron, Time Bandits and on and on from there... he's been in so much over the decades.

R.I.P.

Regarding his voice acting: he was the voice of the evil villain in the classic role-playing computer game, Balder’s Gate 2.
Truly an iconic, sinister voice and a talented all around actor!

Really sad to hear of his passing. A very classy actor who didn't stop working even as he knew the end was likely approaching.

Too many films to mention (and audiobooks), but The Omen, A Christmas Carol, In The Mouth of Madness, Mad Men are just a few that come to mind.

Nooooooo!
One of my top 10 favorite actors.
He made every movie or show better by being in it.
I’m glad I could meet him and talk to him.

Rest in Peace, Mr. Warner
