USA My most desired 4K movies!

Hello, I realize that not a lot of the real life people I am around can appreciate this subject, so here I am on blu-ray.com. I love watching a lot of the physical media videos online, so I made my own about my top most wanted 4Ks with a few bonus blu-rays at the end. I would love to hear what you think and what your most wanted 4Ks are. Thanks!

This belongs in the wishlist section. I voted for Tron: Legacy. Hopefully we get both if they make a sequel.

Voted for Snow White almost purely in the hope that it opens the gate to other pre-Little Mermaid Disney animatiuons.

your 'sonic the hedgehog' blu-ray case has some ugly warping.
i would never own the movie but even the movies i own for gimmicky value (3D animations) get replaced with a proper blu-ray case if original packaging is blemished.
get it together

edit: nvm i see what you did with "the 13th warrior" dvd cover. disgusting

Same here. If Snow White gets a 4k release, then that could pave the way for Fantasia, Pinocchio, Dumbo, etc.

Are we voting to decide what your most wanted movie is?

TMNT 1990 is 100% the most wanted.

Only other thing on here I would like is 13th Warrior. On that note, also give me The Messenger: The Story of Joan of Arc.

Fantastic Mr Fox is pretty rad too.

Of those 13th Warrior

For a complete well done A Nightmare on Elm Street 4K set, I would do things…

Default Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves

Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves is a sorely disappointing BD that needs to be out on 4K already. It's crazy the more I think of how it didn't come out for the 30th anniversary. Maybe it was a covid casualty?

This is Warner Bros. They have released enough stuff to wonder why this title is not included in the mix so far. There is also other glaring omissions from the format. For sure. But this stands out, to me.

And contrary to normally how I feel? I'd want both editions to be scanned and put on 4K. So I can watch the extended every few viewings. I'd prefer to go back to the theatrical as my main cut. The BD forced me to not be able to.

So for me it's theatrical if they only do one cut. But I do want both cuts ideally!

None of the list. My list is dominated by James Cameron movies. I rarely buy physical media but I will definitely make an exception for Cameron's greatest hits.

From your list? Only The Truman Show even remotely interests me.

@unberechenbar I would LOVE a sequel to Tron Legacy!

@Warm Gun Seems reasonable.

@Synchg Yeah, I got Sonic at a pawn shop. Kids loved it. I thought it was pretty fun too. Yeah, with 13th Warrior, and other "thin cases" you see in my collection, I did that to save space when we lived in a tiny apartment.

@LoSouL 1990 Turtles really needs a remaster. The BD is pretty spotty.

@Synchg Your custom 13th Warrior artwork is beautiful. I also like the clear case. Classy.

@Fjodor2000 I'd love to see your list!

@nick4Knight Amen, I grew up on this movie! 100% there should always be all available cuts of a movie.

@spider-neil I hear you there. I can't believe True Lies and The Abyss never even had a Blu ray. Terminator 2 needs some love. Avatar 2-15 or whatever better be amazing or I think his career is over because how much he put into it. I hope they are good. The first one looked great and had an OK story. I was surprised it made so much.

@PissedOffPeoN VERY good choices! Were the SG-1 Blu-rays not very good?

@Cremildo I do love the Truman Show. Your profile pic is Mr. Scott, and I think your comment is totally something he would say. I'd like to hear some of your most wanted if you'd like to share!

Thanks everyone for responding and voting! This has been fun!

Out of your list it's 13th Warrior or Cutthroat Island.

I think it would be a great 4K. There's so much detail in all the sets!

I think of the amazing score (and gore) with 13th Warrior and the last shot of Cutthroat where the ship explodes into splinters when I think of these movies in 4K

By the way, Dexter's Laboratory is way more important than Clone Wars. I like Clone Wars, but Dexter wasn't even fully released on DVD.

That's a great point. I have 1 season of Dexter's Lab on DVD. I'd love that show on Blu-ray as well!
