Yes!!! I'm so glad to hear that this is finally hitting Blu-ray! I was thinking to myself literally this week that this should be coming anytime now. I have loved this movie since it came out in theaters.

I see Musketeers in there too. I'll pass on that one, but Holes will definitely be coming home. I'll order it with Peter Pan for the discount.

Figured this one would eventually get a release. Nice. The domestic dvd is fullscreen so the blu should be a solid upgrade.

I keep waiting for the day for the live action 101 Dalmatians and 102 Dalmatians get this beautiful announcement... But for now, I rejoice for this one! Woohoo!! Glad I didn't pick this up at Walmart on DVD now lol.

There was a widescreen DVD too, unless you're not in the US then nevermind lol

The movie was fine, but I personally never got the hype for it... but I know it's on many people's wishlists so it's nice that it's coming out and should drive up some sales and keep DMC releasing stuff.

Wow. I never knew there was a widescreen dvd of this. The one I had was FS and it was the only one I ever saw in Wal Mart at the time. This came out before I lived in an area with a Best Buy, etc and so there were very limited options to buy it locally. Back then, I didn't know anyone with a widescreen tv and the ones for sale were still heavy crt displays. Most people still had a 36" or smaller 4:3 crt tv back then from what I recall. As usual with Disney titles, I may have to look for this one just to have the extras again since the blu will likely not have them.

So many exclusives that I want now! I wonder what the rationale is behind making these exclusive to DMC. You'd think they'd make more money with a wide release.

I know they probably won't give this a slipcover, but I honestly think that would be really cool. The DMC has been killing it with the releases recently.

Probably one of the best live action book adaptations Disney has done (no toning down on the mature themes of the book along with a great script, direction, cast, and soundtrack). Even though there will probably not be any extras on the disc, this is definitely going in my collection.
