Default Samsung Expands 2024 AI OLED TV Lineup
The best quality flagship OLED screen from Samsung is the 77 inch S95D for only $4,599.99 list price. Native 4K. However once again Samsung only supports HDR10+ and does not offer Dolby Vision HDR. Also this display has a 144Hz for 2D only which improves motion for 2D content. Its too bad 144Hz was not offered back in 2010 to 2016 when 3DTV’s were being made. While a DLP projector can give perfect 2D motion at 24fps and 48fps, single DLP projectors need 144fps for perfect 3D. Therefore, its possible an OLED screen might need 240Hz, 288Hz, or 480Hz to offer flicker free good quality 3D without ghosting (multiplies of 48fps). But of course 3D is now only offered on projectors and 3D has not been offered on a flat panel screen since the year 2016.
