Tho I didn’t care for the 2016 version I gotta say seeing Thor in it was hilarious. He made the movie worth watching at least for me.

Saw this in theaters yesterday with the wife for a very rare night out. Great movie worth a blind buy, not nearly as cheesy as I expected, but I'm very glad I have this one on preorder. Definitely going to have to pick up a 3D disc to go with my 4k copy

This wasn't a reboot of the original like Ghostbusters was. This movie picks up right where the first movie ended. It's a continuation and not a remake although it's not completely necessary to have seen the first movie. I'm still going to import a 3D steelbook if they become available or piece together my own if I have to.

That's actually good to know. I was just under the assumption that it was a reboot, and would probably be pretty cheesy.

Love this movie! It was hilarious and original (in its own way). Anything with Karen Gillan on the cover is a must buy!
