It looks like we may be getting The Polar Express 4K in 2019. Hopefully, we can get some clarification. I noticed member Pieter V, posted a link for upcoming 4K releases in 2019. Lots of good stuff.

Planning 4K Ultra HD Blu‑Ray 2018/2019 :

Looking through it, I noticed this:
À venir en 2019
• Le pôle express (Warner, aux US)

When translated in Google: The Polar Express

If you translate the entire page though, you get:
Coming in 2019
• The express division (Warner, in the US)

That is not a movie title

Hopefully, I'm correct. Anyone want to confirm or deny this?

This has been rumored for a few years already. Should probably be moved to 4K Wish Lists too.

Also Heat (1995) is on that list still being a Warner Bros title. 20th FOX got the rights over a year now. Also false.

I know it's been rumored, but this list seems more legit than a rumor. We already have new threads based on this list. That's why I posted it here and not in the Wish List. If anyone knows for sure that it's not happening, then we can move it. I wanted to see anyone knew for sure.

I really don't know how I'll be able to go back from the 3D disc. Release it in 100K, and if it's not in 3D, I won't care.

I personally could never get into it, but I'd be surprised if it doesn't eventually get a release if possible.

And I've seen it twice in IMAX 3D.

Still want a 4K disc. HDR would help this movie.

Bummer

The 3D is nice tho, but I have that tv in my bedroom now and don't get the full audio experience like I do in my main room, which I do miss.

Im excited to see those lifeless, dead looking eyes in stunning 4K ultra HD haha.

I actually like the film and want to add it to my 4K holiday collection.

Yep, those two are coming to 4K in 2021. Along with 4 other titles.
