Default No Walking Dead Season 11 Blu-ray?

Does anyone know? Are they not going to release it on blu-ray? That's a bummer if not.

The season isn't even over yet and won't be done until the end of this year. Don't expect a Blu-ray until probably March of 2023 at the earliest.

It hasn’t even finished yet….I don’t recall any other seasons being announced before they ended, so just chill…. I seriously doubt they’ll just now decide not to release this final season, it’s not like they got bought by Disney or something….

Oh OK. Sorry, I didn't know it wasn't over yet. I thought part 2 was over, no? Is there going to be a part 3 for season 11?

Yes, part 3 of season 11 will air next month. It will likely be another year before we get a Blu-ray.

It’s the latest season of FEAR THE WALKING DEAD that hasn’t yet been announced yet that has me worried…

Season 11 is an expanded 24 episode season broken into three parts.Part 1(episodes 1-8) aired from 8/22/21 to 10/10/21.Part 2 (episodes 9-16) aired from 2/20/22 to 4/10/22.Part 3(episodes 17-24) will be airing from 10/2/22 until the series finale on 11/20/22.

I'm sure it will be released on Blu Ray next spring or summer. Maybe late summer or early Fall. The next Blu Ray release for The Walking Dead Universe will probably be Fear The Walking Dead Season 7 followed by Tales Of The Walking Dead Season 1,I would assume. The season 1 finale is this Sunday.

Walking Dead is still a thing? Lol. I gave up on the series after #7, yet I still bought the subsequent Blu-rays. I don't remember much about the later seasons tbh.

Series 5 of The Handmaid's Tale has started and Series 4 isn't on blu-ray yet - only a DVD release. I think the Sex And The City sequel mini-series And Just Like That is also a DVD only release.

MGM licenses their shows out, which is how it and Vikings went from Fox to WB, (too bad Teen Wolf went to VEI instead of WB, WB would've handled it much better) Handmaid's Tale probably didn't sell enough for WB to see it as a safe bet.

AJLT is from HBO Max, and their stuff either gets DVD only or nothing, and only the DC shows have been released on BD and at a much later date in the US than in other countries for some reason. I'd almost suspect they were going to drop them in the US but all the complaining changed their mind.

This will get a BD release I'm sure, hopefully the Rick spin off limited series too...

It still has plenty of fans.

I actually enjoy World Beyond when I finished it. Had a great setup for Rick's return and bringing Fear the Walking Dead together. Dead Water was flat out amazing. Season 7? Why even comment. Lol Kinda like dropping in on the Mandalorian while just finishing Episode 1. It's like dude welcome to reality. Have a nice slumber?

World Beyond was an utter mess on nearly ever level. The show has its moments, but it feels like this series has been on life support for the last few years. It still has its moments, but it's a far cry from the earlier seasons. Nothing needs to last forever. Sometimes, dead is better.

Just curious if you watched it through to the end? The return of Jada was pretty awesome for me. I think the second season built on the first and was very much classic.

If you didn't finish the World Beyond series then you aren't qualified to criticize if it was a "mess" or not.

Each to his own.

I actually own both of the World Beyond seasons on Blu-ray, so yes, I watched it. I liked Jadis in The Walking Dead, but her turn in World Beyond didn't do much more me. I just felt it was a cheaply made show with amateur writing.

Fear The Walking Dead has been so so for me, and Walking Dead is decent enough, but I think the fatigue of the universe has started to set in. I haven't watched the new show at all with Terry Crews, and not sure how much more I'll watch after the Walking Dead ends this year.

Fair enough. Thank you for the clarification.

I am still enjoying it all. Some better than others but not enough to quit.
