I'm having an issue while watching Dolby Vision content on both my Panasonic UB820 and Apple TV 4K. The edge of the left side of my TV has what looks like static specks that come and go throughout viewing. I've only noticed this while watching Dolby Vision, everything else is fine. Both the player and Apple TV are connected with the same type of Monoprice cable. I'm not sure if this is a cable, TV, or settings issue. Any help would be appreciated.
My Setup: Sony A9G OLED Panasonic UB820 Apple TV 4K (2nd Gen) Monoprice 4K 18Gbps 6ft cables |

Sounds like a HDMI cable issue.

Had the same problem with my old UB9000 connected to a Sony OLED. Problem went away when I ran it through a different HDMI input on the Sony.
Try switching set inputs if you're using a receiver two in one out. If not and it's happening on more than one HDMI input on the set upgrade your cable. |

Thank you everyone for the help and suggestions. Changing ports seems to have resolved the issue.
