Plain Archive are releasing Hae-yeong Lee's Believer (독전) (2018) on June 19th, 2020.

All editions are a 4xBD SteelBook with the theatrical cut on UHD Blu-ray and three 1080p Blu-rays containing the theatrical cut, the extended cut and special features respectively.

Apparently, the UHD Blu-ray has a Dolby Atmos track, while the theatrical cut Blu-ray has DTS:X and the extended cut Blu-ray has DTS-HD MA 5.1. The theatrical cut was released on Blu-ray in July 2019 by Plain Archive and I think that disc is the same here.

Unfortunately, it seems that none of the video extras, including the new ones produced for this upcoming release, are subtitled in English, but according to Plain Archive, the included essay book will have "partially [sic] English text support".

Note: I believe this is the first domestically-produced Korean UHD Blu-ray.

Thanks for bringing more attention to this release. I was waiting for Korea to locally jump into the 4K game and I hope this release is the first of many to come. Pre-ordered!

BELIEVER 4K Blu-ray Steelbook was planned to ship on June 19. Unfortunately, we have to push the date to July 29. We apologize for the delay.

Elements we need are usually flown to us over the air from foreign countries, but due to flight issues, we’ll be getting them by sea. This change alone will result in three to four weeks of delay. We are also seeing a more thorough cargo inspections by the authorities due to COVID-19 –– delaying things even further.

We weren’t in a position to release many DVDs and Blu-rays during the first half of this year due to the global pandemic, but we will be bringing news of our upcoming titles.
We are very sorry about the delay. The next several weeks will be an opportunity for us to make sure the product is in excellent form.

Was this ever released? I pre-ordered back when it was announced, but it never shipped. Always assumed it was in pandemic limbo.

EDIT: ya, still says "unfulfilled". I see someone said it shipped, so who knows what's up. I'll shoot PA an email.

Ok, it is pretty good. Only a 2k cinema master, but nice detail and not scrubbed, so can see the fine sensor noise. The HDR is pretty good. Nice black detail and dynamic range bright to dark. I am running through a Lumagen. I personally think it is better than the US Blu Ray.

Audio wise also the Atmos track is better than the US Blu Ray. And the Atmos on it is better range than the DTS-X (it has both). More dynamic range, more energy, db wise.

Wait, it was released? Holy crap, then PA srewed up big time with my order, haha. I even had them change the delivery address because I'd move in the meantime, and they did so immediately. All apparently without noticing that a released product hadn't shipped. First time I've seen that. Now I'm even more looking forward to the resonse to my email, because I asked when this would be released

Yeah pretty pathetic. They'll blame covid. And neglect to then explain why they didn't notify their customers who'd ordered it. I'll never use them again.

I got it on eBay. From a Korean seller that didn't pretend shipping was unavailable from Korea...

They eventually got back to me, and it's as you said: shipping not available. Why they never thought to inform their customers, even generally on the site, I do not know. It's been half a year. They do have such a disclaimer, but it actually advises that, due to home office limitations, shipments will only be sent in bulk once a week. They offer the use of more expensive courier shipping, for those who do not wish to wait. Fair enough, but if others can ship "economy", I have to wonder what's really going on. Either way, the situation's clear now.
