US import sold by Amazon Italy,low price but I don't know if you can buy it from Canada.

Oh shoot. This link is to the 2021 movie Antlers, not the 2017 Les Affames/Ravenous.

Looks like that blu-ray is out of print. Apparently it was exclusive to the Quebec retailer Archambault/Renaud Bray:
