RLJ / Image Entertainment will be releasing Children of the Corn (2020) on 4K in a Steelbook on February 20th. It's currently listed as a Walmart exclusive, but it'll likely get a wide release in the future.

Of all the movies to get a 4K double dip so soon after the initial release. smh

I didn't like this movie but it's good to see smaller films getting UHD releases.

I don't think I've watched this one. The only modern version I've watched (and enjoyed) was the one with Kandyse McClure. My only interest in this is that maybe it'll prompt Vinegar Syndrome or any other boutique currently dealing with Paramount to release the 90's DTV sequels as Collector's Editions.

I have the Blu-ray. I've seen worse. I just wish it had the Gothic music score of the original and He Who Walks Behind The Rows was a little lackluster. But I agree it's good lesser films are getting 4K releases.

I purchased the steelbook a few months back and I have to say, the presentation showcases HDR well and the story kept me interested throughout its duration.

Hats off to the actress who played Eden as well.

Rarely does a child actor carry a movie of this kind.
