Saw 4 Blu-ray case?

I recently bought a copy of Saw 4 on half.com (ebay) and it came in the mail the other day. I just noticed that the case is different than EVERY other Lionsgate blu-ray case I have. Also, when you look up Saw 4 at walmart.com, for example, it is in one of the typical Lionsgate cases. These cases are, IMO, the nicer kind with the raised blu-ray logo on an oval shape at the top. The case I have is a plain blue case with the logo just printed on.

My question is, does anybody else that got Saw 4 have this same case, the boring plain kind? Or, is yours the nice case. I'm not so worried about the case, although uniformity is nice. But I'm wondering if the case is fake, perhaps the disc is a fake too (it does work).
