Good-ol’-boy handymen Val (Kevin Bacon) and Earl (Fred Ward) are sick of their dead-end jobs in one-horse desert town Perfection, Nevada (population: 14). Just as they’re about to escape Perfection forever, however, things start to get really weird: half-eaten corpses litter the road out of town; the phone lines stop working; and a plucky young scientist shows evidence of unusually strong seismic activity in the area. Something is coming for the citizens of Perfection… and it’s under the goddamn ground!

All I can say is that I wasn't expecting this and never would have expected it. Universal ignored Tremors since the DVD days and showed no interest in remastering it for Blu-Ray or theatrical releases.

So other Studios seem to be into catalog. Its just Disney who are left in the dark as I believe nothing is on the cards after Hocus Pocus and Home Alone.

Just recentlty it was mentioned by someone here (forgot his name) who asked another boutique label (also forgot the name) if they would release Tremors on UHD, and the label in question responded by saying someone else already had the UHD rights to it.

Guess that someone else was Arrow.

Yeeeeee hawwww. This is going to be another mind blowing upgrade - A Big Lebowski, Predator, American Psycho style upgrade.

I'll also take Tremors 2 please Arrow. I'm not greedy though - a minty fresh 4K remaster on a 1080p disc will be fine. Y'all knows Phil can't watch Tremors without watching Tremors 2 straight afterwards. It's one of the great underrated sequels of our time
